Come ready to have some fun!  We’re going to get you moving and smiling and you might even forget you’re exercising!  Bring a water bottle if you have one and wear clothes you can move in!  I can’t wait to see you in class!

This class takes place inside the Palomino Park Resort in the gym and is available to Palomino Park residents and their guests.

Zumba takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party with Latin and World rhythms. Benefits include cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, and boosted energy.
