A community event in service to cultivating a warm and loving sacred space for women to move, dance, laugh, and play

Are you looking for some structure and connection to authentic tribal ecstatic movement traditions?

Are you attracted to the energetic rhythms and emotional melodies of Middle-Eastern music?

Do you long for a place just for women where you can move freely and sensually without attracting unwanted sexual attention?

Looking for a safe space to deepen your whirling practice?

Shake your hair loose and open your body, heart and soul to the Divine Feminine through an experiential evening of ecstatic dance. We will blend free-form movement meditation with easy to follow communal dance practices inspired by authentic traditional women’s dances from the Middle East and beyond.

Wear something comfortable. Regalia that makes you feel beautiful is warmly encouraged. (Yes, ladies, dress up if you wish!) We will dance barefoot (or in dance slippers or sticky socks, if you prefer). Expect to shake, spin, sway and sing along to hauntingly beautiful tunes, loosing yourself in an ancient caravan of rhythm.
