About this class

With a funky jazz overtone, from vintage old school, Broadway and latin to funk, pop, Samba Reggae and Afro-Brazilian. This class will leave you longer, leaner, graceful, aware and exhilarated! Rock to the music we all love to dance to. Connect to your Spirit whilst sweating, laughing and learning new dance moves. Class ends with a short pilates based sculpting floor barre.
Beginners very welcome.
