Hey everyone! I love Zumba because of the wonderful blend of high energy music and unique moves and rhythmic combinations. This allows Zumba participants to dance away their worries. The Zumba program is based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do so that participants are able to adhere to a fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. On a personal note, Zumba has changed my life since I started taking classes in 2009, as I began to loose weight, get in shape and become tone.
