About the Instructor
Anja Eckert, 500 RYT, is a certified YogaWorks teachers and licensed Yoga Tune Up® and The Roll Model® instructor. She considers herself an eternal student but she loves helping people feel better in their body. Her students appreciate her clear communication, deep knowledge - and sense of humor. She lives in Marin County with her husband and is the mother of 2 adolescent sons. Fun facts: Anja used to be a cowgirl on a farm in Brazil. She is know for her love of green tea and dark chocolate - often enjoyed together.
