Come ready to have some fun!  We’re going to get you moving and smiling and you might even forget you’re exercising!  Bring a water bottle if you have one and wear clothes you can move in!  I can’t wait to see you in class!

Zumba takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party with Latin and World rhythms. Benefits include cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, and boosted energy.

Drop in rates range from $6-$10 depending on age and residency. You do NOT have to live in Highlands Ranch to take this class – all drop in classes at HRCA are open to the public. Punch cards, monthly and annual unlimited passes are available.

This class takes place in the gym – basket ball court.
