About the Instructor
Frank Flores has been competing professionally, teaching and coaching for over 40 years. He was the renowned founder, owner, and master teacher of Stars Ballroom, in Novato, California as well as the cofounder and director of Dance It Together in San Anselmo, California. Frank Flores is well known for his expertise in both International IDSF Ballroom & Latin syllabus as well as the American style Rythm and Smooth syllabus. He teaches all levels of dancer from beginner to advanced, teaching waltz, foxtrot, tango, quickstep, Viennese waltz, cha cha, rumba, samba, paso doble, and jive, swing, salsa, and mambo. Frank is a Marin native, born and raised in San Rafael. In addition to dance, he has a life-long love of martial arts and was an avid horseman for many years. When not teaching, he loves to garden, cook, and spend time with his wife and best friend Carole Brown and their beloved collie, Cheyenne. Frank Flores is available for coaching and dance lessons in San Rafael, Emeryville, and Fairfield.
