About the Instructor
Hi I'm Sonia! I grew up figure skating competitively for 10 years before falling in love with dance fitness. I absolutely fell in love with Zumba after one class and have been teaching for 4 years. I love the music, the people I've met, and most of all create a space for people to sweat, shake it, and have fun.
